Why I do this work

I’ve seen firsthand how hard it can be to find stillness—especially when life refuses to slow down.
You don’t need a silent retreat or a whole new routine to feel better. Sometimes all it takes is one small shift, practiced gently and consistently.

That’s what I found in Autogenic Training.

I was a lawyer in my past life, pushing through long days, stress, and exhaustion like so many of us do.


Now I’m a doctor of physical therapy and a yoga instructor. Along the way, I’ve studied meditation, yoga, breathwork, and other forms of internal awareness.

Through it all, Autogenic Training stood out.
It’s simple, science-backed, and accessible to anyone. It helped me reconnect with my body, quiet my mind, and find a deeper sense of ease—without needing to escape my life or overhaul my routine.

And that's the story of how AUM ATX started.
